• Maintaining appropriate controls and governance

Data Processing and Privacy

We process your compliance data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You retain ownership of your data and may export it at any time. We use your data solely to provide our services and improve our AI models, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Service Level and Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will have the opportunity to export your data. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms or non-payment.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
